This is a hybrid event! We have designed this so you can engage fully online from anywhere but also want to provide the opportunity for face-to-face connections where it is safe and practicable.
Participants will have a choice to meet up with fellow librarians in cities where there are volunteers to host in-person get-togethers called “Hubs”. In the hubs you will listen to the guest speakers via video conference either on your individual laptops or together on a shared screen as well as listening to hub presenters.
No matter if you are participating at a Hub or fully online everyone will be plugged in and have the opportunity to connect with everyone else via the synchronous chats and other online tools.
If you are in a city that does not have a hub and you’re interested in hosting one please fill out the form to the right. If you are unable to host a hub we also encourage you to meet with colleagues or library friends from other schools at home or somewhere nearby.
Current list of Hubs
If you are interested in joining one of the hubs please register and then reach out directly to the hub coordinator for information. Please note that hub availability and details are subject to change due to evolving covid related restrictions.
