The Library as a Third Space: Seeing the opportunities

In today’s fast-paced world, the library offers our most vulnerable students a safe haven in the midst of noise, movement and the overwhelming environment outside the classroom. By joining forces with Student Support Services, the library and its staff members can play an important role in catering for the social-emotional needs of students. In reference to the ‘Third Space’ theory, we look at the potential benefits of this symbiotic relationship.

Student Session

This inspirational session is open to students from schools with a paying educator. Registration links available in conference app once you register.
