Reach Out, Touch and Connect: roles of small community libraries in the ever more digitalising society.

This will be an introduction of our outreach projects as a small library in rural Thailand. It seems that the more we connect with each other digitally, the more gaps we create with some people in the community. I would like to introduce our approach to achieve more inclusive society with limited resources.
