Beatrice Cernuta is Group Strategy Director at Elite K12, a Chinese education group focused on top-quality bilingual schools and education services dedicated to nurturing global citizens. Beatrice’s entire career has been devoted to the education sector. Having started her journey as an educator at Eton College in England, she later worked in both strategy consulting roles as well as in strategy and operations roles for private education companies across emerging markets. Ms. Cernuta joined Elite K12 from EY Parthenon in Dubai, where she led and grew the firm’s Education Strategy practice across Middle East. In her role at Elite K12, Beatrice oversees strategic growth initiatives for the group with a focus on Elite K12’s international partnerships. 

Originally from Italy, Ms. Cernuta studied Classics and Oriental Studies at Oxford University, from where she graduated with a Double First Class. Beatrice is a native speaker of three languages (Italian, Spanish and English) and she regularly features in international education publications and conferences (including IPSEF, Education Investor, Education Investment, Mergermarket and the Harvard India Conference).
