Kelly Grogan

Head of School, Achieve Xiamen International School

Prior to joining Achieve Xiamen International School in 2020, Kelly served as the Head of Innovation and Staff Learning at the Chinese International School in Hong Kong. Throughout her 18 years of experience in education, she has worked in the U.S., Korea and Hong Kong at all school levels. Kelly has led learning across the globe as co-founder of the Catalyst Education Lab, International Society for Technology in Education certified trainer, Apple Distinguished Educator Advisory Board member and at the UNESCO Teacher Task Force Policy Dialogue Forum.

Kelly’s current research focuses on student interest in STEM content and careers and parent perceptions of STEM education.
